Lets Define What Matters So You Can Let Go Of The Things That Don't....

Over the course of 4 session we will get o the heart of the matter : What do you really want and what needs to change to achieve it?

The content is practical and outcome focused because we have walked in your shoes.
Using executive and positive psychology coaching models, as well as mindfulness practices you will :

  • Get clear on goals that energize or inspire you 
  • Learn to lower stress ,think clearly and operate at your best
  • Release blocks that are keeping you stuck
  • Design an action plan that will succeed

You'll  go away with a toolkit containing your action plan and techniques you can apply in the midst of a busy schedule .

Sessions are tailored to your lifestyle on a fortnightly or weekly basis.  They can be conducted by Zoom or face to face .
