HSW will be running destination 3 – 5 day wellbeing escapes, offering workshops and holistic treatments to help you calm the mind and relax the body.
We will be running 3 day escape, designed to help you unwind, reflect and learn valuable techniques to reduce anxiety and cultivate clarity.
Just like our programs, our retreats are outcome based and will give you some practical tools and useful content to support you when you get back to the busy schedule.
Retreat classes will offer a variation of modalities depending on the length and location of the retreat, such as mindfulness meditation, nutrition, naturopathy , clinical hypnotherapy , kinesiology and yoga. There will of course be plenty of time to relax, sit pool side and do nothing. Very mindfully!
