Tools and Techniques : You'll learn effective ways to manage your stress, think clearly and make different choices. Stage 3. Practical Plan : We move beyond aspirations and goal setting to a practical action plan that excites and energizes you. Stage 4. Micro-habits : Your wellbeing is determined by your habits. Whatever needs to change will be managed through bite sized habits that fit into your day to day reality. |

Clinical hypnotherapy sessions (optional) are conducted to challenge limiting beliefs and encourage new ways of thinking. All sessions are conducted via Zoom or in person . We meet fortnightly but this can be adjusted to your schedule. |
