Mindfulness meditation can be misconstrued as 'sitting practice' that takes skill and discipline. For busy teams with challenging workloads, wellbeing initiatives may seem superfluous to a full schedule.
Besides providing evidence based context for the benefits and changes they can expect to experience, the content aims to connect in a way that is relevant to the teams environment, culture and objectives. With a senior leadership background in the corporate sector, as well as extensive facilitation and coaching experience, the relatability factor comes from having walked in the clients shoes. Participants are introduced to the fundamental pillars of mindfulness using techniques that are bite sized, practical and outcome focused. They can choose to simply use one or two of the tools provided or create a practice that's simple to integrate into a demanding day. |
