This is a much deeper dive where we help you get clarity, design your big picture and develop new systems for self, work and life balance.
The program takes you through 4 stages of development:
Our coaching discussions follow a process that helps you to organise your thinking in a structured way. They support you to stay focused and build momentum to discover creative solutions, positive change, and new perspectives.
Program content is structured around 7 pillars of mindfulness combines positive psychology and executive coaching models to build momentum and breakthroughs.
In addition, we incorporate clinical hypnotherapy sessions (these are optional) to clear limiting beliefs and help reform unhelpful habits that may be holding you back.
Using a combination of mindfulness practices, meditation, clinical hypnotherapy and coaching you will cultivate clarity, discover unhelpful patterns, create new empowering habits and design a plan that fits your version of balance and joy.
